Refund Policy

At Kids and Tags, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for details on how to return or exchange your items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Worn or damaged items not due to our error

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@kidsandtags.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your item was purchased using a discount code, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help. Contact us at info@kidsandtags.com , and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@kidsandtags.com
